Hello and Welcome! My name is Lolita M. Goldring, (formerly Jefferson), and I’ve combined my interests and experience in Education, Social Services, Affordable Housing, Real Estate, Self-Care, Wellness, and Creativity to provide a host of consultation, and direct services, for individuals, organizations and information beneficiaries. It is my hope to continue to meet the growing needs of agencies, large and small, care-givers, and anyone who may benefit and evolve services for the creative process and wellness, in all spheres.
My two affiliate websites www.tugboat-solutions.com, www.lmgrealtyservices.com, offer an opportunity to take a look at services, and there is a third site underway. LMG Solutions, LLC was created as the portal for current and developing services.
I paint, sing, write and enjoy photography. I obtained my BA, major in Psychology, minor in Business Administration, from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, and an MA, EdM, Masters in Education, in Psychological Counseling, from Teachers College Columbia University. I obtained a NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (not currently active), participated and received several experiential, group and workshop related trainings and forums, directed and managed several programs/special projects, provided ongoing trainings and was a Senior Trainer/Technical Assistant for social service providers. I’ve served as Life Coach, Mentor, have an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for building websites (I created these+) and marketing campaigns. Everything I’ve accomplished and made a contribution towards, is the result of support and guidance from my family, friends, colleagues, supervisors, mentors, and coaches. In 1986: I created an on-site after school program for children residing in 4 NYC hotels and Coordinated a program for at risk students High School students supporting admission to competitive Engineering and Technical schools, at the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity. Served as Assistant Director for a program providing support for at risk college students at Columbia University’s School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.
Beginning in 1990, I was as a Rehabilitation Counselor on a psychiatric inpatient unit at Metropolitan Hospital, & then: Facilitated 4 Discussion Groups for persons living in 3 permanent supportive housing programs at the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS): Supervised 6 teams of an Intensive Case Management program for chronically homeless women living in 4 NYC shelters towards permanent supportive housing placement at Project Renewal: Directed a 32 unit permanent supportive housing residence at CUCS: As Consultant, provided training/supervision for a program promoting Front Desk Housing Receptionists in 5 permanent supportive housing sites, at Broadway Housing: Directed a Transitional residence, Drop-In Center & Outreach program, and piloted a nationally duplicated program (The Kelly) transitioning Long Term Shelter Stayer’s to permanent housing at CUCS: As Senior Trainer Technical Assistant II, provided training/technical assistance to agencies in NYC and nationally at CUCS’s Housing Resource Center: As Fundraiser/Team Leader, led teams for charities focused on world poverty, at Dialogue Direct: As Deputy Director/Director, provided oversight for 5/6 mixed tenancy permanent supportive housing sites, 349/417 units at Community Access.
In 2012, I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License at City Wide Apartments placing prospects into lower than market rate apartments throughout NYC: In 2013 at Alfa Development/Management, was the Office Administrator, and promoted twice to; Office Manager, then Asset Manager for multiple residential & commercial properties. Served as Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Green Pond Realty LLC.
In 2012 founded, Tugboat-Solutions, www.tugboat-solutions.com – Self Care, Wellness and Creativity – Support and Consultation for service providers and care giver organizations. In 2017, founded www.lmgrealtyservices.com – Your Home is Your Castle, affordable housing, new housing initiatives, training and residential/commercial services. Consultation services are provided under LMG Solutions, LLC, founded in 2018. I have provided administrative, management /business expansion services for Acudragon Wellness System, a holistic wellness platform, serve as a Life Coach, and provided liaison consulting services for Precision7usa, a medical service company, and Paragon Marketing.
