Meditation “At Work”

One of the most wonderful things I learned is that you really don’t have to be in a sitting position to meditate! 🙂 You can do it at work, right now and, at any time.  Mathew Jones, contributing writer of Inc.com, wrote the article “7 Simple Meditation Techniques to Practice at Work (to boost productivity).” What I love about these techniques is that they incorporate what we are actually doing at any given moment…and meditation…One of my favorites is the one about food, followed by the walking meditation…try it today as a little reminder of ways to rejuvenate your day.
